Jr. Ninja is centered around introducing students to the world of athletic training. The unique activities and challenges of the class create an excellent opportunity for your child to build a strong athletic foundation through developing their strength, speed, and coordination. It is a great way for children to burn off some extra energy and provides the perfect place for them to practice running, jumping, and climbing in a safe environment. Jr. Ninja activities include working punches and kicks, warped wall, rope climbs, and more! While the class is not entirely gymnastics, it does incorporate gymnastics based movements which are great for improving strength and coordination.
