Length: 1 Hour
Beginner Tumbling is our introductory tumbling class suitable for those with little to no experience. In this class, athletes will gain an understanding of basic tumbling terminology, body positions, and skills. Tumbling skills introduced will include forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back bends, and kickovers. The class provides a full fitness workout plus activities that will challenge them physically and mentally. Athletes will learn and develop concepts that are the foundation to advance within our program.
