Our Back Handspring Clinic is designed to help gymnasts safely learn and perfect one of the most exciting skills in gymnastics! During this focused session, athletes work with our coaches on drills that build strength, technique, and confidence. Participants should minimally have a backbend kickover to ensure proper skill progression.
